RETURN SHIPPING FEE
At House of Posh, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, the cost of sending the return parcel will be borne by you.
We recommend selecting the most cost-effective shipping option available that includes tracking to ensure the parcel reaches us securely.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item(s) you received is faulty or damaged, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
In such cases, the cost of returning the parcel, as well as the delivery charges, will be covered by the House of Posh due to our oversight.
