To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, such as the box and pouch. Refunds apply only to non-promotional items. If a returned item does not meet these guidelines, we reserve the right to deny the return and send the item back to you.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
At House of Posh, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, the cost of sending the return parcel will be borne by you.
We recommend selecting the most cost-effective shipping option available that includes tracking to ensure the parcel reaches us securely.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item(s) you received is faulty or damaged, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
In such cases, the cost of returning the parcel, as well as the delivery charges, will be covered by the House of Posh due to our oversight.
RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 14 days, and we will ensure that you receive the correct item promptly.
In such cases, the cost of returning the incorrect product and its replacement delivery will be fully covered by House of Posh.
